When me and my sister Nicola were younger we used to sleep at nanas flat which was in Priory court where she was the Warden, and sometimes nana would ask us to go to Norton fisheries for her a nice piece of fish,now before we went nana always used to tell us a ghost story about nuns that haunted this alley that was a short cut to the chip shop and we used be be terrified but got used to hearing the tale,still she used to tell us to walk round the long way but being kids we always used to go the alley way,oh my god we were such plonkers,we would huddle together and power walk down it looking round for a nun,it so funny when I think back now but at the time it was terrifying,thanks nan!! xx
